Job Description


Summary:

Able to perform testing-related work that may not be straightforward and repetitive. The role requires knowledge and work experience in the Risk, CFCC, HR, and IVR in the Banking Domain. The candidate should be well-versed in user stories review, test cases preparation, test data preparation, ADO/JIRA actions, run plans, and test execution procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure current processes are challenged and automate the process wherever possible based on project capabilities.

  • Help business and participate in improving digitization wherever possible.

  • Highlight gaps recorded between current and new systems and track them for closure due to system change or implementation of a new system.

  • Think client in all reviews to create a truly client-centric solution and outcome.

  • Simplify processes to avoid multiple handoffs and digitize where possible.
