Automated Quoting Systems Engineer

Objectives and Responsibilities

-Analyze, improve, and understand the workings of a Cloud Native Automated Quoting engine and become a technical guide to the team to ensure efficient performance

-Handle a variety of technical support problems—from simple application or network configuration fixes to very sophisticated problem solving and problem resolution.

-Participate in the effort of crafting the architecture and design of AutoQuote solutions by actively helping the team in choosing the right technology, methodology and solving technical problems.

-Examine existing systems, identifying flaws, and crafting solutions to improve service uptime and time-to-resolve through monitoring and automated remediation

-Fix and resolve issues related to the cloud services;
implement long term fixes and automation to avoid repeat failures in the future.
