Description
Create and detail 2D part drawings using AutoCAD
Update and revise drawings based on shop feedback or design changes
Work closely with the shop to help resolve basic manufacturing issues
Assist engineers with day-to-day drafting and documentation needs
Learn and develop skills in Autodesk Inventor over time
Maintain organized drawing files and documentation
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate degree, technical diploma, or coursework in drafting/design preferred
Basic AutoCAD experience (school or internship is fine)
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfortable working with both engineering and shop personnel
Good problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brandon, WI.
