Autobody Paint Specialist

• Prioritize daily workload to keep all vehicles on schedule for on‑time delivery.
• Perform all refinish procedures according to factory specs.
• Mix paints to match color specs or the vehicle’s original colors.
• Follow OEM standards for blending formulas, top‑coat applications, and curing.
• Sand, mask, clean, and prime vehicles as necessary.
• Maintain tools and equipment, keep the workspace clean and organized, and perform routine maintenance on the booth and filters.
• Maintain an acceptable cost per paint labour hour.
• Attend daily production meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
