Auto Skills Manager

Summary This position is located at Auto Skills Center, Commander Navy Region MidAtlantic, Morale Welfare and Recreation (MWR), NWS Earle. The purpose of this position is to plan, organize, guide, and supervise all operations necessary for the safe and efficient operations of the Automotive Hobby Shop. [PLEASE NOTE: THIS POSITION OPEN TO EXISTING EMPLOYEES AT NWS EARLE ONLY] Responsibilities Plans, organizes, coordinates and administers the day-to-day operation of the Automotive Hobby Shop to ensure fiscal integrity is provided to all eligible customers. Develops and maintains ways and means of maximizing customer interest and utilization of a well-rounded program which selecting and pricing of resale merchandise, supervision and training of staff. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of MWR vehicles to ensure they are maintained in a safe and efficient operational condition.
