Do you have a passion for customer service and an interest in the motor industry?

We are looking for a customer-focused and organised Service Advisor to join our team at Toyota Morecambe. In this role, you'll be the key link between our customers and our workshop, ensuring top-quality service from start to finish. This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work Monday to Friday and alternative Saturday's on a rota basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers and handling service bookings efficiently.
  • Advising customers on necessary repairs, services and estimated costs. Promoting the sale of genuine parts and accessories whenever possible.
  • Keeping customers informed on their vehicle's progress and any additional work required.
