Full investigation, evaluation, analysis, negotiation and settlement of automobile claims for repairable vehicles from start to end of claim cycle Conduct claim investigations via appropriate communication channels Coordinates, consults, negotiates and collaborates with appraisers, body shops, third party insurers and vendorsDetermine coverage, evaluate liability, subrogation exposure and potential Review and analyze losses to ensure files meet the guideline criteria and determine proper kind of lossMaintain adequate reserves based on exposure and authority level Who Are You
Post-secondary education completion1-5 years prior claims handling experience coupled with 2-3 years customer service experienceExcellent communication skills both written and oralExcellent organizational skills
