Auto Insurance Advisor

The Auto Insurance Advisor is responsible for servicing clients in a courteous and professional manner. They maintain extensive knowledge of various insurance products and collaborate with team members to ensure a superior customer service experience. Our goal as a team is to provide clients with expert advice and out of the box problem solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering exceptional additional services to clients that exceed standard transactional offerings for personal lines customers.
• Engaging in growth initiatives on behalf of the Personal Insurance department.
• Managing Autopac transactions for walk-in, phone and email requests.
• Fostering strong, long-term customer relationships by providing value-added services.
• Overseeing account documentation, which encompasses routine inquiries, quotes, insurance contracts, endorsements, cancellations, and additional tasks for Auto.
