Job Overview

The Auto Body Technician is responsible for structural and non-structural repairs, including disassembly, repair, and reassembly of each vehicle. The technician works with all team members to achieve the repair facility’s KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
  • Repair damage to vehicle body panels
  • Vehicle disassembly and reassembly
  • Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories
  • Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle
  • Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle
  • Use of frame equipment
  • Apply new knowledge and skills to ensure a high level of quality and productivity, which directly contributes to KPIs (Sales/CP/EBITA/BHPD/NPS)
  • Take responsibility for outcomes and continuously seek learning opportunities to improve performance
