Job Description: The Auto Body Refinisher’s primary responsibility is refinishing to ensure a quality repair of each customer’s vehicle. The Auto Body Refinisher mixes paint, colour matches and refinishes each vehicle. The Auto Body Refinisher works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities KPIs.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan
• Inspects body and prep repairs for deficiencies that may impact the quality of the refinish process; advise production supervisor as required
• Ensures all paint deficiencies are corrected through wet sand and polishing (i.e. runs, dirt nibs, etc.)
• Prep surface for paint using hand and power tools
