Job Description
Our autism assessment coordinators provide a key role in supporting assessment processes for children and young people with possible autism. Working under the supervision of qualified Psychologists and Therapists the successful candidate will support assessments for autism, engage with families as they wait for assessment, support and contribute to follow up processes and ensure effective communication with families.
The successful candidate will have an understanding of the service requirements, and an appreciation of the concerns and queries of patients and carers.
This post requires a self-motivated and professional individual with the confidence and ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team within our standard operating procedures. The post holder will work with and support therapists to provide seamless service delivery.
