Field Service Engineer – Reference #17087

Tasks

  • Provide remote and on‑site technical support for RF devices and systems, body scanners, and frequency amplifiers, including remote incident management and troubleshooting.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Perform installation, configuration, commissioning, and training of QPS and BBA.
  • Support warranty and SLA compliance.
  • Deliver advanced technical support for body scanners and amplifier systems, including in‑depth diagnostics and coordination/escalation with specialized engineering teams for complex resolutions.
  • Collaborate with international R&S locations as required.
  • Train on new devices and technical service methods.

Qualifications
