Job Description

The ECAP auditor is an essential team member of the child safety program for ministries to demonstrate compliance on an annual basis. Two qualified auditors form a validation team which conducts organizational accreditation compliance audits. This audit process includes remote and on‑site validation. The auditors are tasked with conducting the audit with utmost integrity and transparency and to provide a written report of their findings to the ECAP Council.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct accreditation compliance audits for ministries using remote and onsite methods.
  • Ensure audits are performed with integrity and transparency.
  • Provide a written report of findings to the ECAP Council.
  • Follow the approved audit template without variation.
  • Focus on standards and compliance with suggested best practices.
