Job Description

Assists the Chief Audit Executive (CAE) and COE Heads in carrying out the ARC's oversight responsibility to the shareholders (by providing reasonable assurance and identifying improvement opportunities) relating to Globe Group's financial reporting processes, internal controls, policies and procedures enhancing external auditor's independence and audit quality, internal audit function, regulatory compliance, assessment and review of material related party transactions (RPTs), and all aspects of business operations including subsidiaries, joint ventures and associates.
