Financial Testing: Review ledger accounts, journal entries, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Compliance & Controls: Verify that financial statements align with standard frameworks like GAAP or IFRS, and assess the effectiveness of internal control protocols.Documentation: Prepare audit working papers and organize detailed documentation supporting the audit findings.Client Communication: Interact with client personnel to gather data, clarify discrepancies, and maintain professional relationships.Risk Assessment: Help senior auditors identify potential risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate future losses.
