Meraki Talent is partnering with a growing and well-regarded professional services firm in Barcelona to recruit an experienced Audit Assistant Manager. This role is ideal for an audit professional ready to step into a leadership position within a collaborative and expanding firm.

In this role, you will support the management of audit engagements across a diverse client portfolio, working closely with managers and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit services. You will also play a key role in supervising audit teams and supporting client relationships.

You can expect to:
  • Support the planning and delivery of end-to-end audit engagements
  • Supervise and review the work of junior team members
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients on day-to-day audit matters
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, local regulations, and firm methodology
  • Support managers and partners with engagement delivery and practice development
