• Installation of audiovisual equipment and accessories
• Running cables
• Testing and configuration of equipment
• Providing training on equipment operation to customers
• Responding to service calls
• Staying updated on new audiovisual technologies
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
• Representing Decibel Audio at customer sites
• Maintaining an updated inventory of materials and cables in the truck

Desired Skills and Abilities:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in audiovisual system installation
• Valid driver's license
• Problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team
• Knowledge of Symetrix Composer (asset)
• Knowledge of Q-SYS (asset)
• Knowledge of video conference software like Teams, Zoom (asset)
