Audiovisual Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AV/VC Support Engineer to manage and maintain audio-visual and video conferencing systems across meeting rooms, boardrooms, and event spaces. The role involves troubleshooting, setup, maintenance, and providing high-quality support during critical business meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing (VC) systems across offices.
• Handle setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of meeting room AV/VC equipment.
• Provide end-to-end support during Townhalls, All-Hands, and Leadership meetings, ensuring smooth operation of audio, video, and projector systems.
• Log and follow up on hardware/software issues with OEM vendors.
• Maintain inventory and warranty tracking for AV/VC equipment.
• Proactively alert management about expiring warranties/AMCs and suggest renewals.
