Job Title: Voice Network Engineer Location: Taguig City, Philippines Work-setup: Hybrid (2x a week RTO)


Position Type: Contract Shift: Opening (6:00 AM – 4:00 PM) or Closing (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Work Days: Monday to Friday


Job Summary


This role is responsible for end-to-end management of the enterprise voice network, including design, deployment, administration, and support of AudioCodes and Cisco voice infrastructure to ensure reliable, high-quality voice services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, deploy, and manage voice infrastructure including AudioCodes SBCs, OVOC, and Media Gateways
  • Administer Cisco CUCM and CME environments (call routing, endpoint provisioning)
  • Provide advanced L2/L3 technical support for voice-related issues
  • Monitor system performance and ensure service reliability
