Audio Visual (AV) and Endpoint Support Specialist (Toronto)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AV and Endpoint Support Technician to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing technical support for audio visual equipment in meeting rooms, as well as experience with endpoint management and troubleshooting. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Responsibilities

• AV Support:
  • Research the best possible AV solution and provide recommendations for various use cases.
  • Assist with the design and setup of new meeting room AV installations.
  • Provide technical support for meeting room AV equipment, including projectors, displays, audio systems, video conferencing solutions, and control systems.
