• Perform administrative tasks associated with the efficient day to day operation of  Audio Visual and Production Services department.  

• Coordinate the scheduling and planning of the Audio Visual requirements for events at BCEC

• Create, process and distribute detailed event related information for internal and external stakeholders including event related financial forecasting.
