A leading insurance solutions provider is looking for a Customer Experience Expert to join their team in the Western Cape. Form part of the Australian team and gain international exposure.

POSITION INFO:
We are looking for an energetic, customer orientated person. You will be responsible for assisting customers and be the liaison between the sales and claims team. You will from part of the Australian team. Ideal person must have: 2+ years of relevant work experience. Proactive approach when it comes to dealing with clients. Be highly motivated and positive. Work well within a team environment. Working hours: Monday to Friday Depending on Daylight Saving Time, shifts start between 12:00 am and 02:00 am and run until 08:00 am or 10:00 am.
