In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the client in various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of their business operations.


Duties and Responsibilities :

  • General administrative duties such as managing correspondence, answering phone calls, and handling email communications.
  • Manage and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable and payable.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with clients.
