Marketing Analytics & Attribution Lead
Core duties & responsibilities
1. Data Integration & Dashboarding
 Design and build end-to-end marketing dashboards pulling from multiple
data sources (website, GA4, CRM, Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.)
 Consolidate disparate data into a single source of truth
 Ensure dashboards are intuitive, decision-focused, and aligned to business
objectives
2. Attribution & Measurement Frameworks
 Own and implement lead and conversion attribution models across
channels
 Diagnose and fix attribution issues between website, paid media, organic, and
CRM
 Ensure correct source, medium, and campaign tracking from first touch
through conversion
3. Tracking & Technical Analytics
 Configure and maintain GA4, GTM, pixels, events, and conversion tracking
 Ensure accurate form submission, event tracking, and cross-domain
measurement
 Work with developers to resolve tracking gaps
