This Long-term Contract position focuses on providing legal guidance, preparing plan-related documentation, and helping clients meet ERISA obligations with accuracy and consistency. • Prepare, examine, and update health and welfare benefit plan materials, including summary plan descriptions, wrap documents, amendments, participant notices, and other required communications.
