A highly regarded commercial law firm in Durban is seeking a senior Commercial Attorney with strong exposure to technology, software and digital transactions.
This is a senior, matter-leading role — ideal for a commercially astute attorney who enjoys sophisticated drafting, direct client engagement and operating with real autonomy.
The Role
You will lead complex commercial and technology matters from instruction through to conclusion, working closely with directors while also managing your own matters independently.
Exposure will include:
• Software development & licensing agreements
• SaaS, IaaS and cloud services agreements
• Master Services Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms & EULAs
• NDAs and ancillary commercial documentation
• Share Purchase Agreements
• Commercial risk analysis in tech-driven transactions
• POPIA / GDPR considerations (advantageous)
