Attendant operator

Summary of the Role:

To learn and assist in operating chemical plant equipment and processes safely and efficiently, while gaining practical knowledge of plant operations, safety standards, and quality control.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

· Understand and assist in operating chemical plant machinery and equipment under supervision.

· Learn to monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates.

· Gain knowledge of raw material handling, mixing, and chemical reactions in the production process.

· Observe and participate in routine checks and preventive maintenance of plant equipment.

· Develop skills in documentation and reporting of operational data and incidents.

· Learn safety protocols and emergency procedures for handling chemicals and plant operations.

· Collaborate with plant operators and engineers to understand workflow and process optimization.
