Position Summary

In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corporation, this position is responsible for providing information on events, activities and services as well as assisting with all guest inquiries such as entertainment, events, directions, food and beverages, etc. Attendant, CFD is responsible for handling safe storage of guest personal belongings at Casino Front Drive Cloakroom and delivering a quality customer service experience and enhancing guest satisfaction by acknowledging, welcoming, bidding farewell, and greeting with a smile all guests and visitors of the Casino. The Attendant, CFD provides assistance with guest luggage, open/closing of cars and casino doors, and monitors foot and vehicle traffic flow at the main casino front drive.
