We are seeking an organised, proactive, and professional Attendance Officer to support and promote excellent attendance across Forge Valley School. The successful candidate will work closely with pupils, families, pastoral staff, and external agencies, you will play a key role in monitoring attendance, identifying concerns, and implementing strategies to improve pupil engagement and achievement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate attendance records, analysing attendance data, following up on absences, conducting attendance-related interventions, and supporting safeguarding procedures.
