Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training for CoreTrade and SEC(K) courses through online (Zoom) sessions and practical hands-on lessons.
  • Design, develop, and review curricula and course materials to ensure alignment with organisational objectives and learning outcomes.
  • Maintain safe and clean training environment (Classrooms, training/test bays, workshop, office and store).
  • Maintain functionality and control stock for training equipment, devices, utilities, materials and etc.
  • Maintain high CoreTrade test passing rate of 90%.
  • Maintain proper training/test documentation for auditing.
  • Carry out ad-hoc work and complete tasks given by the Training Manager.

Requirements:

  1. At least 4 years of working experience in Construction industry.
  2. Possess a SEC(K) cert by BCA.
