This role reports to the Technology Services Support Manager and is responsible for administering our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Payroll/Billing system (Avionte). A successful Systems Administrator will exemplify and champion Servantex’s values of providing quality service and recommendations to all associates and clients. 

Responsibilities
  • Support ongoing system setup and maintenance. 
  • Support end users on support for the ATS and payroll/billing system (Avionte); troubleshoot, research and escalate issues as necessary. Will engage vendor support as need arises through vendor case management tool. 
  • Analyze technical issues related to the ATS and payroll/billing system (Avionte), including moderate to complex issues. Analyzes support issues to identify repeat issues and proactive measures to prevent reoccurrences.
