Job Description

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Primary function is to support Project Manager(s) in duties involving internal and external communications, data system management, and ATM installation monitoring.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for 3rd Party Rigging Vendors for ATM Deployment projects, specifically for site survey planning, scheduling, OOS procurement, and deliverables.
• Manage and monitor all Day of Install activities, including Rigger and CE escalations.
• Schedule and lead weekly Rigger readiness calls to ensure accurate scheduling; confirm ATM Serial Number, location, and configuration alignment.
