About the Role

This position has a hybrid work arrangement, with an average of 1 day on‑site per month. The Atlassian Administrator will manage ATB’s suite of Atlassian Enterprise tools, including Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Jira Product Discovery.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational excellence of ATB’s entire Atlassian Enterprise suite as the primary system administrator.
• Drive system integrity through full‑cycle administration, including license management, robust troubleshooting, and project/scheme customization.
• Manage innovation by controlling the Jira Sandbox environment—scheduling PoCs, evaluating system impact, and delivering go/no‑go recommendations for new capabilities.
• Plan and execute all system updates, upgrades, and new integrations with clear communication across the organization.
