Employee Connects

  • Drive employee connects such as Pulse, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), Early Warning Signals (EWS) Connects, exit interviews, and other forums.
  • Expectations:Send updated invites and coordinate logistics.Document and finalize meeting minutes.Track action items and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
