The overall purpose of the job is to coach the Olds College Rodeo Program and foster team initiatives that support the growth, development, and long‑term success of our student‑athletes in and out of the arena. Reporting to the OC Ag Manager, this role involves managing team operations, coaching the men’s and women’s teams, and coordinating leadership and community engagement activities for all rodeo student‑athletes. The coach facilitates the growth and development of student‑athletes, enhancing the college's reputation and ensuring program alignment with Broncos values and strategic plans.
