As an Auto Body Technician with The Boyd Group, you'll leverage your skills in repairing vehicle body panels and using frame equipment. Your day-to-day tasks will include disassembling, reassembling, and assessing vehicles while contributing to a dynamic leadership culture. A commitment to ongoing training and achieving facility KPIs is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan consistently
• Repair damaged vehicle body panels
• Disassemble and reassemble vehicles as needed
• Replace and repair parts and electrical components
• Assess and repair structural components for quality assurance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of Auto Body Technician experience
