The operation assistant is responsible for proactively monitor the activities of agents, providing information to the Customer Service area take the just in time decision, pick up and deliveries schedule, enabling customers to be notified of potential service failures before it occurs. Ensure the quality and integrity of operation, in accordance with the requirements Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies and / or any other required standards.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To use the company’s mobile phone to change operational information with the agents and drivers._
- Communicate constantly with the Customer Service team about the progress of the service or any possible pick up or deliveries problems._
- Update the system constantly with related information of internal linehauls._
- Daily follow up shipments with the agents._
- Responsible to check and fill information about agent pick up and deliveries performance indicator...
