Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic systems used in steel structure manufacturing processes.
- Ensure optimal performance of hydraulic presses, bending machines, shearing machines, and other heavy fabrication equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize breakdowns.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions for hydraulic failures to improve system reliability.
- Monitor hydraulic fluid conditions, leakage control, and efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and technical reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety standards and best practices.
- Lead and train the maintenance team to enhance technical capabilities and efficiency.
