We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for Technical Asst. facility managers to join our fast growing pan India facility management company.
1. Planning and Attending shutdown as per client requirements.
2.Identification & implementation Safe working practices.
3.Ensure overall plant projects & maintenance activities of Electromechanical equipment, Transformers, HT & LT lines, HT & LT panels, DG's, UPS, HVAC system, WTP, STP, Firefighting system etc. and achieved 99.99% uptime.
4.Liaison works with Govt. Agencies viz, PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc.
5.Preparation of transition checklist for all MEP.
6.HOTO Preparation and execution according to the standard check list prepared as per site requirement.
7.Snagging & De-snagging of Complete MEP System in the property as per the site-specific standards.
