What You Will Do

  • 负责新工艺开发或优化现有工艺项目，跟进落实最终结果的交付。
  • 根据事实信息分析，排除故障并解决与正在进行的生产以及新产品引入有关的加工问题。
  • 为生产自动化的实现提供技术支持或思路，提供新工艺发布和工艺变更验证报告。

    • Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 全日制本科或以上学历；
  • 良好的沟通协调能力；
  • 具备项目管理思维；
  • 英语沟通能力；
  • 理工科背景，光学、应用物理、机械工程及自动化等专业优先。
