Position : Customer Experience Associate

The Customer Experience Associate delivers excellent customer service by processing financial transactions, advising customers on banking solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments in accordance with operating procedures, regulations and TD's Code of Conduct.
  • Understand customer needs to recommend suitable banking solutions.
  • Respond to and resolve customer concerns following standard procedures and escalating when necessary.
  • Achieve assigned goals and business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing processes accurately and on time.
