Associate/Assistant Director, Procurement (2-Year Contract)

(What you will be working on)

In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, with responsibilities including:

  • Support and advise stakeholders on procurement approaches and requirements, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing outcomes (e.g., quotations/tenders and clarifications)
  • Review work processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness (e.g., templates, trackers and standard operating procedures)
  • Coordinate procurement documentation and records to ensure completeness and proper record-keeping (e.g., approval records and supporting procurement documentation)
