Description:
The Associate Vice Chancellor ( AVC ) for Facilities provides executive leadership for the planning,design, construction, operation, and maintenance of North Carolina A&T State University’s physical campus. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance, the AVC directs the Office of Facilities, which encompasses Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety, Physical Plant, Property Management, Support Services, and Motor Fleet. The AVC administers the University’s custodial services contract and provides strategic direction for major capital projects and day-to-day facilities operations.
The AVC ensures the long-term stewardship of the institution’s physical assets and aligns facilities services with the University’s strategic plan, Preeminence 2030: North Carolina A&T Blueprint, and the Campus Master Plan.
