The Role: Associate, Technical Support

The Team: We are responsible for providing tech support for our business intelligence tool. We have a global footprint across the US, Philippines, Pakistan, and India, and help clients gain in‑depth product knowledge and hone technical skills.

The Location: Manila, Philippines

The Impact: Your position will be meaningful as it is the link between the end‑user and our products. We resolve client concerns and requests in a timely, efficient, accurate, and professional manner, exhibiting excellent customer service while ensuring client satisfaction and supporting the profitability and growth of S&P Global.
