What You'll Do:

As an Associate Technical Solutions Engineer with the Global Client Operations Center (GCOC), you will join a team dedicated to implementing technology solutions that help clients reach their objectives. Your role will be essential in enhancing client support and boosting the efficiency of our operational processes.


Day-to-Day activities:



  • Learn in-depth about Catalog, OneTag, Quality Score, GTM and ECPs.




  • Specialize in performing basic web Integration, tag check, feed check & Pre-Launch check tickets.




  • Troubleshoot standard product issues and propose ways forward.




  • Participate with the broader global team to improve and develop new tools and processes.




  • Establish trustful relationships with other Operations and Commercial Teams
