· Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
· Prioritize and manage multiple service requests efficiently
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues within established guidelines
· Log all communications accurately in CRM or customer tracking systems
· Collaborate with internal teams (field service, sales, warranty, parts) to gather information and resolve issues
· Maintain knowledge of products, applications, and services in the industrial and marine power space
· Escalate complex technical or commercial issues to appropriate internal stakeholders
· Analyze customer service data and contribute to reporting efforts
· Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, and service enhancement projects
· Perform administrative and support tasks as assigned
