Associate – Technical Design

Under general supervision of the Director – Design, to develop/coordinate documents for functional programming, design and construction, and to provide design management for a variety of renovations and new develops project cost estimates, reviews construction bids and contracts construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, management and direction in a manner consistent with the STUDIOI Group values.
• Prepare or oversee the preparation of architectural plans, specifications, and drawings for buildings and structures.
• Effectively assess team and individual strengths and development needs, putting in place appropriate actions / learning requirements.
• Provide and maintain high standards of design, construction and contract management, and support the senior colleagues in maintain standards and ensuring compliance.
