Associate Team Lead

Devsinc is looking to hire an Associate Team Lead – Python Backend (Cloud & Scalable Systems) with excellent communication skills, proven leadership experience, and over 5 years of professional expertise in backend development, cloud-native deployments, and scalable system architecture.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Python backend engineer with a strong track record of delivering production-grade systems, leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineers, and building high-performance, scalable solutions that align with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Python backend projects using Django, Flask, or FastAPI, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.
• Design and implement scalable system architectures with microservices and distributed systems.
• Drive cloud-native deployments on AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, Lambda, RDS, IAM) with robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Guide the team in DevOps practices: containerization (Docker, Docker...
