Associate Systems Administrator

Experience : 6 Months to 2 Years

Job Location : Ahmedabad Office

Required Skills :

- Minimum 6 Months of experience in IT desktop or technical support role.

- Strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu/Linux and macOS environments.

- Proficiency in Wi-Fi and LAN configuration and basic network troubleshooting.

- Basic knowledge of Linux commands and shell operations.

- Understanding of system hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.

- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.G., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshservice, etc.).

- Awareness of firewall concepts, VPN, and endpoint security tools (advantage).

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
