An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced TVN to join our friendly hardworking and highly motivated team. The post requires someone with a minimum of 3 years tissue viability experience working across both acute and community settings. We foster good working relationships and an environment for continuous professional development.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive, evidence-based Tissue Viability Service for both patients and health care professionals in East Cheshire NHS Trust footprint. Covering both acute and community services, including nursing and residential homes, specialist schools and GP practices, caring for all ages from birth.
